Absolutely. At The Kallective, authenticity is non-negotiable. We take pride in offering only genuine merchandise and work closely with our suppliers to ensure every item meets our rigorous standards. Shop with confidence knowing you’re getting the real deal every time.

Can I join more than one event?

Absolutely! Members can join all events available for their membership level. Just keep an eye on your token balance to ensure you don’t miss out on any exciting opportunities!

Where does the money go?

Every purchase made during our events supports a US-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization through our partnership with Pledge. To discover more about how Pledge helps businesses like ours make a meaningful impact, visit their website.

How much does the organization receive?

When you purchase an item from our marketplace, we make a contribution to the Featured Organization minus taxes and shipping charges.

The percentage is based on your membership level as follows:

Impact+ Free: 5%
Impact+ Elite: 10%

Is the price I pay for an item tax deductible?

As The Kallective is the Seller for all items on our marketplace, the amount paid is not tax deductible. For any specific tax-related inquiries, we recommend consulting a tax professional.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes, we’re required to collect sales tax in compliance with state law. Please note that the final purchase price will be subject to sales tax.

How do I pay for an item?

Paying for an item with a credit or debit card through Authorize.net is safe, secure, and easy. You can also enter a discount code during checkout to save even more. Rest assured, your personal information is always kept safe and secure.

How do I know if I’m chosen as the winner?

We’ll notify you via email if you’re selected as the winner. To ensure you don’t miss out on any of our communications, please whitelist our email ([email protected]). Best of luck!

What is the Event Reserve?

The Event Reserve represents the minimum number of tokens required for an event to end successfully and support the nonprofit organization it benefits. For instance, if an event has a Reserve of 25 tokens, at least 25 participants must join before the countdown begins and a winner is selected. This ensures vital support for the nonprofit to continue its essential work.

How does my purchase help charities

At The Kallective, we’re committed to giving back. When you redeem tokens, we donate $.10 to the featured organization. Additionally, upon completing your purchase, we make a contribution to the organization based on your membership level.

This streamlined process ensures that our featured organizations receive much-needed donations without the hassle of traditional fundraising efforts. We take pride in supporting these organizations and encourage our customers to join us in making a difference.

Can I follow the items I’m interested in?

Absolutely! With just a click of the heart icon, you can add any item or experience to your favorites list. To access your favorites, simply click on the heart icon located in the top right corner of your screen.

Can I change my password?

Absolutely! You have full control over your password. Simply click the “edit information” button under My Profile within your account. For security purposes, we recommend choosing a password that’s at least eight characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. By taking these simple steps, you can help keep your information safe and secure.

Does it cost anything to join?

Nope! Joining The Kallective is completely free. Simply sign up to unlock member perks and select Impact+ Events.

I forgot my password. How do I log in?

We understand how frustrating it can be to forget your password. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Simply navigate to the Login screen and click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we’ll send you instructions on how to reset your password. Once you’ve followed the steps, you’ll be back in your account in no time!

Shipping and Handling

Impact+ Elite members enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders of $50 or more. Occasionally, shipping and handling charges may apply based on the winner’s shipping address, but we’ll always display this information upfront on the event page.

For our international customers, competitive shipping rates will be offered (subject to customs fees payable by the customer).

Can I get a refund on my membership?

We know our causes are great, and our impact is real, but we want you to love your Membership too. That’s why we’re putting our money where our mouth is – if we don’t save you at least 5x your Elite Membership fee in the first year, the whole thing is on us. Give us 12 months to show you how awesome we are, and if we don’t live up to the hype, we’ll issue you a full refund – no questions asked!

Absolutely! We’ve worked hard to create a marketplace that gives back and makes it easy for our members to do the same. With the collaboration of our vendors and the dedication of our members, we can raise millions in support of creating a better future for all!

What’s the maximum I can offer?

The maximum price you can offer will be the listed Retail Price for the item you’re interested in.

How long do the Impact+ Events last?

Our events can last for up to 30 days, depending on the size of the Impact Goal we’ve set for our featured organization.

Are all of the items offered authentic?

The Kallective is committed to offering only authentic items. We believe our customers deserve to know that the items they purchase are the real deal, and we take pride in our reputation for selling only genuine merchandise. To ensure that all of our items are authentic, we work closely with our suppliers and do our due diligence to verify the authenticity of every item. As a result, you can rest assured that you’re getting the real thing when you purchase from The Kallective.

I don’t live in the United States. Can I participate?

We appreciate your interest in The Kallective and our mission to make a global impact. Currently, we can only ship items within the US and Canada. However, we’re diligently working to expand our platform to other countries.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your recurring Membership at any time to avoid future charges to your payment method.

Can I participate in an event without being a member?

To participate in our events, you’ll need an active Impact+ Membership. Our marketplace is exclusive to members only.

Can I return a product?

Returns are not accepted for items received as part of our giveaways. However, for items purchased during our Dynamic Rush, Dynamic Auction, and Dynamic Flash Sale events, returns are accepted within five days of the original delivery date, provided the items are in brand new, unopened condition.

Refunds will be issued as merchandise credit, accessible within your member account for future purchases. If you need to initiate a return, please reach out to us with your Order # from your order confirmation email.

Order Processing and Delivery

Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing and verification. US deliveries typically take an additional 5-7 business days, while international deliveries vary based on the final destination. Please keep this in mind when placing orders, especially during preorder periods and holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to monitor its progress. For domestic orders valued at $500 or more, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Can I exchange a product?

Due to the nature of our marketplace, we do not offer exchanges of any kind.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept order cancellation requests once your order is placed, as our fulfillment process begins immediately. However, if an item becomes unavailable, we’ll fully refund your purchase to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification if any orders or items cannot be fulfilled and have been refunded.
