Account Registration
In order to join The Kallective website, you need to register your information on the site by creating an account. It’s your responsibility to make sure this information is correct and updated. You’re also responsible for keeping your password secret. You need to be over 18 years of age to register on the website. You confirm that you are over 18 years old by registering an account.
The Kallective handles all information you provide when you register registering, and we are responsible for your data. We will use the information to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer, make you aware of offers that would be of interest, and other marketing purposes within our company. For this purpose, we also require the right to transfer your information to our company partners only to enhance your customer experience.
The Kallective will never allow a third party to use your information for marketing purposes.
If any information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you’re entitled to require that the data be corrected or erased. By registering an account, you accept that The Kallective is allowed to use the personal information that you’ve provided and that we can transfer this information to companies established in and outside the United States in accordance with what is written above or other regulations in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation or corresponding regulations on data protection in your country.
When you register an account, it’s registered until further notice. By contacting us, you can cancel your account, in which we erase all information about you that is not necessary for us to keep.
Placing Orders
After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation from us via email. Should we, for some reason, not be able to complete your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. Purchases from www.thekallective.com cannot be guaranteed until the payment is complete, the product has been shipped, and you have received the confirmation via email. Products that are put inside your cart are not reserved for you and can be purchased by other customers.
The fact that products are provided on our website at a certain point in time does not guarantee that these will always be available on the site. We reserve the right to at any time cease to sell a product. Further, we reserve the right for a product to be sold out, even if your order has gone through. At which time, your order will be fully refunded.
Pricing
All prices on the website are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are only accepted in U.S. dollars (USD).
If you have received a confirmation of the order, you can claim your right to purchase the product at the stated price, but only as long as it is not evident that the price is wrong or constitute a typo, and you acted in so-called “bad faith.” Therefore, we are not bound to an order if you have realized or should have realized that the price stated on the website is too low, and we may cancel orders if this was to occur.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our website:

- Stripe
When you pay for your purchase, you confirm that you have the right to use the chosen payment method.
Card Payments (Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express)
The Kallective does not charge fees when payments are made with debit and credit cards. Bear in mind your bank/credit card company may add transaction fees. The Kallective does not take responsibility for your bank/credit card company’s transaction fees, and we do not refund these fees. Your bank decides the rate for your local currency. When you make a payment by card, the purchase value is reserved from your account, and the payment isn’t drawn until the order has been completed. All card transactions are made safely with the Stripe payment system, and your card details are handled securely and encrypted on their servers. The Kallective does not have access to your card details.
Agreements with third-party service providers
Concerning the above payment methods with our services made available by third-party service providers (i.e., Stripe), The Kallective undertakes no responsibility or liability. For these services, specific terms and conditions apply. We encourage you to read such terms and conditions carefully, as they constitute an agreement between you and the relevant third-party service provider.
Deliveries
With your tracking number that was provided once your order shipped, you can find information regarding the expected delivery times on the designated carrier website. Orders made from the website are delivered with either USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the delivery address. When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with information about how your order has been shipped, how to track the parcel and the estimated day of delivery.
Please note that combining shipping on two separate orders is not possible.
Unclaimed/Undelivered Packages
If you don’t collect the package or are unavailable to accept the package on the scheduled date for delivery, the package will be returned to us. We will then charge a fee for shipping and administrative costs of the unclaimed package. The fee charged is as follows:

As a customer, it’s your responsibility to keep yourself informed about the status of your shipment. You can track your package by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Returns
We have a 5-day return request policy counted from the day you receive your order. Returns need to be notified and returned to us within 3 business days of any approved return.
To approve your return, we first need to see proof that the product is in a re-saleable condition and that packaging such as the product carton/box isn’t taped on or damaged in any other way. If we receive a return that we haven’t approved, the product will be returned to the sender.
The Kallective does not refund any shipping expenses paid by the customer. If the product is faulty or misdirected, we will provide you with a return shipping label after you have contacted us.
As a customer, it’s your responsibility to ensure that your return gets delivered to us if the return has been made on your initiative. The Kallective does not in any situation take responsibility for a return until it has been delivered to our Returns department.
Please note items marked as Limited Edition or those given away during an event will not be eligible for returns.
Complaints
If there’s something wrong with a product that you’ve received or if we’ve sent you the wrong product by mistake, we will replace the faulty/misdirected product free of charge if we still have it in stock. If we don’t have it in stock, we will issue a full refund.
If you want to file a complaint, we ask you first to contact us via the contact form. The complaint shall be filed without undue delay after the fault was noticed or should have been noticed by you. You will be asked to provide photos of the faulty product so that we can determine whether the complaint is approved or not.
Membership Refunds
We know our causes are great, and our impact is real, but we want you to love your Membership too. That’s why we’re putting our money where our mouth is – if we don’t save you at least 5x your Elite Membership fee in the first year, the whole thing is on us. Give us 12 months to show you how awesome we are, and if we don’t live up to the hype, we’ll issue you a full refund – no questions asked!

Product Purchase Refunds
If the product you received is found to be faulty or misdirected, your refund will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit and available within your member account for future use in our marketplace.
Deviations
We reserve the right for possible typos, and we cannot guarantee that all the pictures on our website present precisely what the product looks like. The way the color turns out can depend on what type of screen you’re viewing the product on and the settings on the screen.
We also reserve the right to cancel an order containing products that have received an incorrect price due to a typo or to edit/cancel an order containing a product with an incorrect stock balance.
We reserve the right to invoke force majeure in situations where we are prevented from delivering the product(s) due to circumstances beyond our or our suppliers’ control (for example, in the event of a war, extreme weather conditions, power or network outages, work strike or blockade). In such situations, we shall have the right to postpone the fulfillment of the delivery. We will notify you by email of the obstacle directly and how it affects the ability to perform according to the agreement. If such notice is not given within a reasonable time after we became aware of or should have become aware of the obstruction, we are obliged to pay compensation for the damage you could have avoided if the notice had been delivered promptly.
Events
When signing up to take part in our events, you also agree to the following specific terms and conditions:
- If you become selected as the winner, you will be contacted by us by email, under the condition that you have provided us with your email address.
- Any possible fees may only be paid with Stripe approved payment methods. No other form of payment is accepted at this time.
- U.S. Tax applies to all orders shipped to U.S. addresses unless otherwise stated in the individual event details.
- You hereby give us the right to, in case you become selected as the winner, create an order and charge your method of payment, if required.
- No money will be charged if you are not selected.
- Shipping cost and delivery method are shown when finalizing your purchase.
- We reserve the right to deny your registration at our discretion.
- Event participation through our website is a mechanism to provide the opportunity to purchase an electronic or fashion product.
- There is no monetary value to being selected.
- Our contract with you is not entered into until a purchase has been made.
- It’s not possible to cancel once you have been selected to purchase and the transaction has been made.
Affiliate Terms of Use
As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of The Kallective, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting The Kallective as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to The Kallective by your own website or personal referrals.
By signing up for the The Kallective Affiliate Program (Program), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.
Commissions
Commissions will be paid once a month. For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 31 days.
You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
Termination
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
- Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.
- Violation of intellectual property rights. The Kallective reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of The Kallective in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
- Offering rebates, coupons, or other form of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with The Kallective, however, is acceptable.
- Self referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
In addition to the foregoing, The Kallective reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or no reason.
Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within in your email messages. You may also advertise the The Kallective site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions and not in violation as outlined in the Termination section.
Coupon and Deal Sites
The Kallective occasionally offers coupons to select affiliates and to our newsletter subscribers. If you’re not pre-approved / assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon. Below are the terms that apply for any affiliate who is considering the promotion of our products in relation to a deal or coupon:
- Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons or images to imply that anything besides currently authorized deals to the specific affiliate.
- Affiliates may not bid on The Kallective Coupons, The Kallective Discounts or other phrases implying coupons are available.
- Affiliates may not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any other seen or unseen actions that set affiliate cookies unless the user has expressed a clear and explicit interest in activating a specific savings by clicking on a clearly marked link, button or image for that particular coupon or deal. Your link must send the visitor to the merchant site.
- User must be able to see coupon/deal/savings information and details before an affiliate cookie is set (i.e. “click here to see coupons and open a window to merchant site” is NOT allowed).
- Affiliate sites may not have “Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon” or any variation, when there are no coupons or deals available, and the click opens the merchant site or sets a cookie. Affiliates with such text on the merchant landing page will be removed from the program immediately.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC bidding is NOT allowed without prior written permission.
Liability
The Kallective will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by The Kallective. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
Term of the Agreement
The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.
The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
Indemnification
Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless The Kallective and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by The Kallective to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.
Electronic Signatures Effective
The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the The Kallective affiliate program. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the The Kallective application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
Your Rights and Privacy
The right of access
You have a right to know if The Kallective processes your personal information and if that is the case, you can request access to this data.
The right to rectification
You have the right to request that your personal information be corrected if that data is inaccurate.
Some of this information can be corrected directly within your Member Dashboard.
The right to be forgotten
You can, in some cases, request that your personal information be deleted. For example, if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose they have been collected, or if you object to processing based on legitimate interest, your reason for objection outweighs the legitimate interest.
Keep in mind that we may deny your request if legal obligations restrict us from deleting your data.
The right to restrict processing
If you believe that your data is not correct, you can request a processing restriction until the data’s accuracy has been verified.
Also, processing will be restricted if we no longer need the data or if the processing has been unlawful, but you refuse erasure.
The right to data portability
You have the right to obtain the data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this data to another data controller.
The right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your data if the processing of your data is based on a legitimate interest, and your reason for objection outweighs the legitimate interest. You also have the right to object to any kind of direct marketing.
